Departing Words from Pastor Lim: Fellow English HWCers, just wanted to say a big thank you for your encouragement, prayers and the privilege to serve under one roof in 2020. As my service will conclude this month, may I exhort you to continue to grow in intimacy with God, and to pursue mutual accountability and charity especially to those in the household of faith (Gal. 6:10) regardless of nationalities, ethnicities and language-/cultural-defining identities (Gal. 3:28). Remember, God takes delight in loving devotion, justice, and righteousness (Jer. 9:24; cf. Micah 6:8). And until our paths cross, may the love of God the Father, the redemptive grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and the inward witness of the indwelling Holy Spirit abide in your hearts. Shalom, Tim.
