Giving

Let us remember the joy of giving and the blessings it brings to both the giver and the receiver. Tithe offering is a duty of all Christians. By giving, we honour God and fulfill His work through our church. May God bless the offering we willingly give. For more details on how you can give, please visit our church website: https://holywordchurch.org.nz/en/giving.

Prayer Items

  • Pray that God would open our hearts to see how genuine gratitude flows from recognising His grace, and that our worship—like the vows and offerings in Leviticus—would be marked by sincerity, sacrifice, and devotion to the God who dwells with His people.

  • Give thanks for God’s sustaining grace through Steve’s first round of chemotherapy, especially for the peace and comfort He provided through His Word. Pray for God’s protection over Steve’s body, strength for Grace as she supports him, and for both of them to experience deep assurance in their heavenly Father’s loving care.

  • Pray for unity, clarity, and openness as our English Congregation gathers today to share and discern the vision for 2026. Ask God to guide our conversations, align our hearts, and lead us forward as one community following His direction.
