Small group launch on next Sunday, 19th February after Sunday Service at 10:15am. See you all there.
53rd Baptism will be held on 9th April as a combined service for all three congregations. For those who want to be baptised, please contact any Deacon, Pastor or your Small Group Leader. The deadline is 5th March. All applicants are required to have their nurturing course completed. Once an application is received, baptism class will be arranged and the deacons will meet with you to confirm your faith. Please also contact us if you would like to have your church membership transferred to HWC or would like to have child dedication.

Mission News
Please pray for the mission team to Sri Lanka. May the Lord bless the preparation and training of this team of six.
Pray for the missionaries:
S&C children grow up healthy both physically and spritually.
H&P set up a “Mission Hut” to train the local Christians which is at the final stage. Young adults are coming to get trained. May the Lord guide their visa application.
Pastor Janet Tam has joined Sri Lanka mission team and gets the travel arrangements.
H&Y are preparing to return to the Muslim mission field in February after settling their children. May the Lord keep them in their journey.
Pastor James and Jessica have returned to NZ. They will return to Africa in end of Feburary after attending all the doctors appointments. Please pray for their ministries and travel arrangements.
Prayer Items for the Week
Pray for the brothers and sisters and everyone else who are impacted by the storm. May the Lord comfort them, give them peace and strength to recover the damage and loss caused by the flooding.
Pray for the Church’s ministry plan in the coming year.
Pray for the Gospel needs in North Shore. With the recent increasing population of Cantonese-speaking residents in North Shore, may we seek God’s guidance and vision for this vast Gospel field.
The Church Theme for the next two years is: Love as He Loved • Love with His Love. May we focus and act on this theme in our daily lives to love one another.
Pray for pastoral recruitment for the Senior Pastor and English Service Pastor.
Psalm reading plan has finished. May God give us the determination to continue the reading and let us learn about Him more deeply so we will worship and praise Him more.
