Cantonese Service Summer holiday activities:
Family’s wool felting class:
(i) Needle felting class - Ages 7-15; Date: 9 January 2021
(ii) Wet felting class - Ages 4-6; Date: 30 January 2021
Parents must accompany in the class and each class will hold 10 children. Classes will hold at 10:00a.m. - 12:00p.m. Fee is $15 each head.November Financial Report of Overseas Mission and Charitable Funds
Christmas Day Service - We will be holding a Christmas Day Service at 10am with worship and a short message, followed by games and light refreshments.
Christmas Worship and Lunch - Cantonese Church will hold a Christmas Worship and Lunch on 27 December. Worship starts at 10:45am and lunch will finish by 2pm. Brothers and sisters are welcome to bring friends and families along. Koha for lunch would be appreciated. Please sign up at the front desk by next Sunday 20 December.
Pastor Ivan Hui will be on leave from 30 December to 3 January.
End of Year Thanksgiving Prayer Meeting will be held at church on Thursday 31 December 2020, 7:30-9:00 pm. Please join us for a time of prayer and to share God’s grace amongst us.

Mission Information
Please remember S & C living physically apart in two places this Christmas. May God’s mercy be upon them.
Pray for H&P, who are organising a mission course with local church and organisation in their Creative Access Nation. May God also remember and look after their older child who is living in New Zealand.
Pray for Pastor Janet Tam’s mission work in Sri Lanka which has become very challenging due to the pandemic. Please pray for her application of a new work visa with the current one expiring in January. May God lead her way back to Hong Kong for reporting of her mission work.
Pastor James Che returned home last Monday after the medical procedure earlier. May God protect him against infection and side effects from the treatment.
Pray for missionary Karen Tong and Committee President Brother Ding, as they serve in Tanzanian Church in the absence of Pastor James Che.
Pray for the Mission department’s $23,000 annual budget. We hope to give $16,500 of offerings to the missionaries by the end of the year.

Pray for pastoral recruitment for the Senior Pastor and English services.
Pray that brothers and sisters can live out the church motto this year - "Renew our lives, become His disciples."
A new pastor has been hired for the Cantonese service. Please pray for her application of the work visa. May God give her peace in her wait.
Pray for New Zealand’s situation during COVID-19 period and especially for Auckland. May God brings peace to those who are impacted.
