Mission News

  1. Pray for S & C as they serve in the new year, asking the Lord to guide them to focus on the needs of local believers and lead more people to the Lord.

  2. H & P are currently organising Chinese and English tutoring classes in collaboration with the local church. Pray for the Lord's use in this endeavor. In the previous session, three groups of parents are now participating in church worship. Please pray for these parents!

  3. Pray for Reverend Janet Tam, who is currently on vacation and spending time with her family. Ask the Lord to grant her rest and strength for a fresh start.

  4. H & Y express gratitude for our prayers. Their daughter had once lost her way in faith, and it was a challenge and emotional burden for them in their past service in the field. Thank the Lord! There has been a miraculous transformation in their daughter over the past year.

  5. Remember James Che and his wife, who are working diligently for the Lord. They are currently shepherding a church in Tanzania. Later, they will fly to the United States to attend conferences and promote fundraising for land acquisition for the Tanzanian church ministry.

Prayer Items for the Week

This week's prayer items will be focusing on our Small Group ministry:

  1. Leadership: Pray for the leaders of our small groups. May they be filled with wisdom, compassion, and a deep understanding of the needs within their respective groups.

  2. Members Engagement: Pray that our church members will be inspired to actively participate in the small groups, fostering an environment of openness, vulnerability, and genuine fellowship.

  3. Spiritual Growth: Ask God to use our small groups as catalysts for spiritual growth, encouraging members to deepen their relationship with God and each other.

  4. Unity and Diversity: Pray for unity within each small group and diversity across the entire small group ministry.

  5. Impact Beyond the Church: Lift up the small groups to be a source of light and hope in our local community. May the love and grace experienced within these groups extend beyond our church walls.
