Baptism, Membership & Child Dedication Service (60th) — The Combined Service will be held on Sunday 4 October. Registrations are now open — please contact a deacon or pastor to register. Applicants for baptism must complete the church's nurturing course and baptism class. Registration deadline: 30 August.
Mission Month (August) — August is our church's annual Mission Month with the theme "This Changes Everything" (John 20:21). Over five Sundays, we will reflect together on how God's mission reshapes our identity, daily life, and calling. Please keep an eye on the mission noticeboard for updates, short testimonies, and prayer items.
Giving
Let us remember the joy of giving and the blessings it brings to both the giver and the receiver. Tithe offering is a duty of all Christians. By giving, we honour God and fulfill His work through our church. May God bless the offering we willingly give. Prayer Items for this Week
Pray that as we reflect on Solomon's temple as a symbol of God's dwelling with His people, we would be reminded that we, the church, are now His temple. May we embrace our calling as a royal priesthood to proclaim and embody His presence in every sphere of our lives.
Pray that our hearts would be prepared for Mission Month in August — that as we sit under God's Word together, we would be freshly shaped by His heart for the nations. May "This Changes Everything" be more than a theme, but a living reality in how we live, serve, and witness.
Pray for those considering baptism, membership, or dedicating their children at the Combined Service in October. May God stir hearts and give courage to take this step of faith, and may our church continue to be a community that nurtures new and growing believers.
