Mission Information

  1. The theme of the Mission Month this year is “Mission after Pandemic”.

    • The focus will be how Mission has been impacted by the pandemic in relation to the 4Cs: Connection, Consolidation, Contribution and Cooperation, from 4 different perspectives: personal, church, organization, and missionary/mission field.

    • The aim is to help our members to understand where mission in the last days is going, and how to live out the church motto - "Renew our lives, become His disciples."

    • The theme hymn is “People Need the Lord”.

Prayer Items for the Week

  1. Pray for the upcoming Evangelism Explosion course. May the Lord stir the participants’ enthusiasm of evangelism and prepare the non-believers’ heart, so that more people can become gospel warriors and know the Lord.

  2. Pray for brothers and sisters in HWC that they will still draw near to God and actively participate in various church meetings via the online platforms over the period of pandemic lockdown.

  3. We thank God for the faithful serving of the pastoral team at HWC during the lockdown period, may God reward them with even more wisdom to serve. We also thank the brothers and sisters of the Media Department for their extraordinary efforts to get the church to worship online so efficiently.

  4. Pray for all areas affected by the coronavirus. We pray for God's healing.
