Step 1 — Allow when asked 允許權限：
When the browser shows the camera prompt, click Allow. If you accidentally clicked Block, see step 2.
瀏覽器詢問相機權限時請點「允許」。如已誤按拒絕，請見步驟 2。
Step 2 — Reset permission 重設權限：
Click the 🔒 (or ⓘ) icon at the left of the address bar → Site settings → set Camera to Allow → reload the page.
點網址列左邊 🔒 圖示 → Site settings → Camera 改為 Allow → 重新整理。
Step 3 — OS-level access (Windows) Windows 系統權限：
Settings → Privacy & security → Camera → make sure your browser is allowed.
系統設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 相機 → 確認瀏覽器有權限。
Wrong account 帳戶錯誤？
Open an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N / Cmd+Shift+N) and sign in with only your @holywordchurch.org.nz account.
開啟無痕視窗，僅用教會帳戶登入。
