Mission News

  1. S & C – The school summer break is their busiest time, serving students and parents. Please pray for their physical, mental, and spiritual strength!

  4. During this summer break, H & Y are visiting new believers in nearby cities to strengthen them. Additionally, their long-unseen son unexpectedly visited, and they had a wonderful time together. Thank God!

  5. Missionary James Che and his wife first went to establish a church in Ethiopia for a period and then returned to serve local believers in Tanzania. Pray for the Lord to keep them safe and bless their steps!

  6. Nicholas Yao from the English congregation has started a campus evangelism outreach this term. Pray for the Lord to use him and for the spirit of revival to come upon the campus, so the gospel may be widely spread!

Prayer Items

  1. Pray for the Courage to Show Christ-like Love: Ask God to give us the courage to seek out and support those who are going through difficult times, just as Onesiphorus did for Paul. May we not shy away from standing with others in their struggles, even when it is inconvenient or challenging.

  2. Pray for a Heart of Compassion and Presence: Pray that we may embody the selfless and unconditional love that Paul describes, being fully present for those who feel abandoned or alone. Ask God to help us be a comforting presence and a source of encouragement to those who need it most.

  3. Pray for Strength in Times of Trouble: Lift up those who are currently facing "troubled waters" in their lives. Ask God to provide them with strength and reassurance through the support of friends and loved ones, and that they may feel the love and comfort of Christ through the actions of others.
