Mission News

  1. Pray for S & C as they serve in the new year, asking the Lord to guide them to focus on the needs of local believers and lead more people to the Lord.

  2. H & P are currently organising Chinese and English tutoring classes in collaboration with the local church. Pray for the Lord's use in this endeavor. In the previous session, three groups of parents are now participating in church worship. Please pray for these parents!

  3. Pray for Reverend Janet Tam, who is currently on vacation and spending time with her family. Ask the Lord to grant her rest and strength for a fresh start.

  4. H & Y express gratitude for our prayers. Their daughter had once lost her way in faith, and it was a challenge and emotional burden for them in their past service in the field. Thank the Lord! There has been a miraculous transformation in their daughter over the past year.

  5. Remember James Che and his wife, who are working diligently for the Lord. They are currently shepherding a church in Tanzania. Later, they will fly to the United States to attend conferences and promote fundraising for land acquisition for the Tanzanian church ministry.

Prayer Items for the Week

  1. We have 6 sisters enrolled in the Significant Women course, which is starting today. Pray for guidance and wisdom for the facilitator and participants of the course. May they be led by the Spirit in all their endeavours, discussions, and teachings.

  2. Pray for the leaders and facilitators of TNT, both for the youth and adult groups. May God anoint them with His wisdom, discernment, and love as they guide and mentor the participants. Also, pray for the spiritual growth and transformation of each individual involved in TNT.

  3. A new school year has just started. May God grant those of us who are students the diligence, focus, and understanding needed to excel in their studies. Pray for their emotional and mental well-being. May God provide strength, resilience, and a sense of peace to navigate any stress or anxiety.

  4. Remember the Auckland Pride Festival in our prayers. Pray that God will give us a kind and patient heart, knowing that we all have sinned and needed God's salvation.  Pray that the truth of the gospel of Christ will set free those who have been enslaved to sexual immorality of all types.  Pray for our children to receive godly, healthy teaching about sexuality and gender.
