22 May Church 28th anniversary and Inauguration of deacons: Today’s sermon will be delivered in Cantonese. A live English translation is available via Telegram. Deacon Roles Alteration: Due to work and health reasons, Sean Wang has resigned from the role of Treasurer. Jenny Ip will fill the position in concurrent with the role of Vice-Chair. Please remember both of them in prayers.
Market Day: There will be a Market Day on 4 Jun (Saturday) 10am to 12pm. Please bring your friends and family to join and enjoy the day.
Carpet cleaning and pest control of the church buildings will be carried out on the afternoon of 25 May (Wednesday). All staff will be working from home.
Psalm Reading: Join us in a psalm reading project, starting from 1 June - we will be reading and meditating on one psalm a day, for 150 days. This will complement our study of Psalms this year. More details will follow.
English Service Live Stream is currently operated by a small team of volunteers. The church is looking for more brothers and sisters to join the team. You will only need the heart to serve as training will be provided. Please contact Daniel or Herman for more details.

Update from Reverend Herbert Wong: After two rounds of treatment, the doctors are satisfied with the results, and will continue to monitor the situation. Please continue to pray for the family.
COVID update: Someone who was at church last Sunday 15 May from 8:00AM to 10:30AM was later tested positive for COVID. An email was sent out to notify those who attended the morning services. Please monitor for symptoms and get tested if symptoms develop.

Mission News
Pray for the coordination for August Mission Month and planning for our annual support of Muslim community missionary.
Pray for S&C’s ministry. They’re promoting a new program and strategy. May the Lord strengthen them and add to their number daily those who are being saved
Pray for VISA application of H & P. They have prepared all the required documents. May the Lord guide the process in every way.
Pray for Rev. Janet Tam’s mission in Sri Lanka. May the Lord keep the brothers and sisters in peace, look after the people seeking His truth, and give Rev. Tam the wisdom to pastor them.
Pray for the Tanzanian church that they will find a suitable pastor and the purchasing of land for their church building.
